There are only options to share product information from this website, you will see various social buttons with product listings
Sharing of any other content from 8x10 Dot Photography's website is not permitted
8x10 Dot Photography has two social media accounts for you to engage with:
- Facebook page
- Instagram account - restricted to age 21 and over
  - sharing of 8x10 Dot Photography's social media content is allowed on social media/sharing platforms
No personal information is collected by 8x10 Dot Photography's Facebook page or Instagram account
- however, you may want to review Meta's privacy policy, as social media platforms have terms specific to their business agenda
8x10 Dot Photography will only use your social media name/handle/account to communicate with you on the social platform
- communication will be restricted to the topic initiated on the platform
  - for example, if you have started a discussion about the size of a print, it is expected the discussion will continue along this topic and not about something like, "what other projects are you working on"?
- your name/handle/content will not be shared/used for purposes other than the original communication topic on social platforms

PAYMENT DATA

8x10 Dot Photography uses Wix's payment processor for completing customers' purchase transactions
Please review Wix's privacy policy, if you are not already familiar
8x10 Dot Photography does not have access to customers' credit card numbers or bank details
It's a good idea to review your payment method/card's privacy and fraud prevention measures (that could result in declined transactions), for which 8x10 Dot Photography has no influence

SSL encryption is provided on every page of 8x10 Dot Photography's website
Only one person is responsible for the administration of 8x10 Dot Photography's website and communication:

Maintenance of this website is always completed through a secure private internet connection and on a device with installed antivirus software
In case the 8x10 Dot Photography's website or its email accounts experiences a security breach, either through a cyber attack event, or other software/hardware malfunctions
- 8x10 Dot Photography will post a notice (as soon as technically possible) on its Facebook page/Instagram account to notify its past/present/potential visitors

WORKING WITH 8X10 DOT PHOTOGRAPHY

Information (name, email address, project specs. and budget) provided in the Working with 8x10 Dot Photography Proposal form will only be used to communicate with you regarding projects being worked on with 8x10 Dot Photography
- information provided in this form will be saved as project documentation
  - for example, budget, type of work requested and timeline
  - or for the purpose of resolution in case of a disagreement between the client and 8x10 Dot Photography
  - the stored documentation will be accessible only to the owner of 8x10 Dot Photography and is saved with a secured cloud storage provider
You will not receive any marketing emails as a result of using this submission form

REQUESTING INFORMATION

VIDEO MEETING

For serious inquires or security concerns
- regarding products, commissioned projects, or website content,
- where more in-depth/private communication is necessary,
- video chat/conference will be made available, using either:
  - Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Brave (web browser) Talk/Google Meet
Scheduled one-time appointment links will be used
Camera 'on' will be optional, depending on the client's comfort level
Discussion(s) will be recorded for documentation purposes
- after the resolution of any issues/topics, the recording(s) will be purged

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SURVEY

8x10 Dot Photography will ask its buyers for feedback, via an anonymous form, on their experience to ensure any (potential) issues are being proactively addressed
It will be your choice if you want to give feedback
No personal information will be collected in the survey form
The form will be a separate document, not connected to any purchasing data
Questions on the survey will change from time to time, depending on the needs of 8x10 Dot Photography
- for example, if there has been a pattern of issues, customers' feedback will be enlisted to help investigate and resolve the issues
